Dear members,
Although it is not the procedure to sign up for joining a General Members Meeting (GMM), we now make an exception for this. The reason is that in this GMM the statutes will (hopefully) be changed, but therefore we need half the members present or represented. That is why we need as many people coming as possible to this meeting.
If you have any questions about this, please let me know. The room will be revealed later on, but it will take place on Tuesday, the 2nd of June. The walk-in starts at 19:00, and at 19:30 we start with the official meeting.
